One bedroom apartment with a living room for daily rent in the most unique area with access to private beaches of Dubai Harbour.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in Beach Vista Tower 2. The total area is 80 sq.m. We tried to equip the apartment and equip it with everything necessary for a full, comfortable and first-class holiday for 6 guests.

For guests, we have prepared a King size bed in the bedroom and two fold-out sofa beds in the living room.

The apartment has bathroom and beach towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils, necessary equipment (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and dryer). There is free high-speed Internet and TV.

Our guests can enjoy staying on the 1.5-km beach, swimming pools with incredible views of Palm Jumeirah, the Persian Gulf and Dubai Marina.

Dubai Harbour is one of the most attractive areas for tourists in Dubai, the towers of which directly go to the beaches with a total length of 1.5 km.

This is a new area, located between The Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, connected to Marina within walking distance.

Mall of Emirates - 15 minutes

Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa - 25 minutes

Marina Mall - 7 minutes
